Weekly Reflection 2

The thing that stood out to me in class this week is the dangers of technology. In class, we were shown these terrifying websites to demonstrate how easily people can be tracked online. I like to think that I already was pretty good about internet safely: I always say no to cookies, I don’t save any of my personal information on my computer (when it gives me the option to remember name, address, etc), and I am very cautious about what I share online. Upon seeing how easy it was for that website to access so much information so quickly was honestly really scary. It makes me feel like I am not doing enough to protect myself online, and I fear for my future students as educations continues to advance and get more scary.
